Security and data
What data we touch, where it lives and who can see it.
Who has access
Ben and Damir, Intrica’s co-founder, have access to client data. We use no contractors.
What you send us through the site
- Snapshot and research forms: your work email, website, an optional buyer question, the page you were on and your email opt-in. Stored in Airtable.
- New form entries also post to a private Slack channel and to Ben’s own lead tracker.
- Calls: Cal.com holds what you enter when you book. Each booking is also saved to Airtable and posted to Slack and Ben’s lead tracker.
- Payments: Stripe’s hosted checkout takes your card. We never see card numbers.
- Spam checks: Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Analytics: Google Analytics. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it loads only if you accept cookies.
Where the site runs
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and its forms. API keys live as encrypted Cloudflare secrets, never in our code.
Data from your engagement
- Access we ask for: Google Search Console, GA4 and Bing Webmaster Tools, plus CMS access, and code if needed, when we ship changes.
- Working files live in Google Drive.
- The AI tool that sees client data is Claude.
- We sign an NDA on request.
- We delete client data within 30 days after the engagement ends, or sooner on request.
You own the work
You own every asset and account we create for you.
