Who we are

Intrica is run by Ben Tabas in Brooklyn, NY. Questions about your data go to hello@intrica.ai.

What we collect

When you ask for a snapshot or sign up for research: your work email, your website, which AI engines matter to you, the page you were on and whether you opted in to research emails. When you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter there.

Why, and our lawful basis

We use your details to send what you asked for and to follow up about it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: replying to a request you made. We only send research emails if you tick the opt-in box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who processes it

Airtable stores form submissions. Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile to stop spam. Cal.com handles bookings. Google Analytics counts visits; in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it only loads if you accept cookies. Stripe handles payments for clients.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to handle your request. Ask us and we'll delete your details sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@intrica.ai. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
